This year Marvel passed on a presentation in the big room, so it’s WB/DC Entertainment’s turn in Hall H to wow the folks at San Diego Comic Con, and they didn’t hold anything back. The room was filled with anxious fans, whose appetite was whetted with looks at a couple of non-DC related projects first, The Man from U.N.C.L.E (starring Superman, himself, Henry Cavill as Napoleon Solo and Armie Hammer as Illya Kuryakin). Its been a long road, but the live action series based on Brian Michael Bendis and Michael Avon Oeming’s creator owned comic Powers will finally début this December. The show will be the first original series on Sony’s PlayStation Network. Just in time for Star Wars Day, Disney has released not one, but two trailers for it’s upcoming animated series, Star Wars: Rebels, a 60 second full trailer and 30 second teaser.
